I believe in the raw feed diet for dogs and cats. If you are the same, this place is the best place to start with. I normally assemble my dogs’ meals, however, when I am extremely busy or our dogs are boarding, I use Marin Raw. I saw a few reviews about the owner of the business told “you are killing your dog” to the dog’s owner. It is a strong statement to who love their own dogs and thinks that they are doing absolutely the best for their dogs. (Who wouldn’t) But from the raw feed diet believer prospective, kibbles are toxic period. Even the kibble is vet prescribed kibble, it is still not raw. It is completely different concept and beliefs. I say 5 stars because I believe in raw feed diet and the business owner is nailing every corner of the raw feed diet.

My dog absolutely loves the treats (specifically the duck fillet and chicken hearts) and the raw food from here! The staff are super friendly and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have! They have a large variety of food and I would highly recommend shopping here! As a side note, the owners dogs are adorable and I love saying hi to them

I was surprised to see the 2 negative reviews here, because Elizabeth (the owner of this small business) has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve been to her store twice now - both times, she’s provided me with so much knowledge about my dog’s health absolutely free of cost, without pressuring my to buy more than I need and only recommending what I’ve been specifically interested in. Everything she told me is true and based on research. I know this since I’ve been doing my independent research on the benefits of raw/gently cooked food for dogs for a while now. Elizabeth is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about dog nutrition. I think it’s easy for us to perceive someone sharing their knowledge as judgment, but I prefer to have an open mind and listen when someone clearly knows a lot more about something than I do. My dog has loved everything I’ve bought from her, and her prices are reasonable. For example, instead of buying a big bag of junk treats for $24, I can get a huge 5 lb bag of raw sardines from this store and it lasts so much longer for my 90 pound dog and is so much better for him.

Elizabeth and her passion for helping animals has changed our pet's lives! We started shopping here after consulting with Elizabeth and learning how detrimental kibble is to our pet's health. The change in our senior dogs was noticeable and our young dog's coats and teeth are now perfect. People are always asking us if our shepherd is a puppy because he looks so young and are shocked when we tell them he's 11! We consider this our pet's health food store and highly recommend this diet to all of our friends with dogs and cats!

Out of my four kitties we have one that is very picky and would only eat the beef recipe they carried. But, now that Elizabeth is making her own food, the same picky kitty will only eat the pork and rabbit flavor of Nature's Prey. The photo is of the two foods side by side in the same dish and she will now only eat Nature's Prey. So happy all of our kitties love the new food!

I love coming here with my dog Buster! I am always impressed by the vast variety of different raw food choices here! We are always greeted with a free treat which makes Buster always want to stop in when walking by! Thanks!

I'm thrilled to have found this amazing place! It's been a struggle to find suitable food for my dog at regular stores. Since switching to a more natural diet, I can't imagine going back. They offer a variety of unique protein options and herbs that you won't find elsewhere. Elisabeth's advice was spot on, saving us from a costly vet visit. It's great to see businesses focused on preventative care in our neighborhood. And the treats? Our little one is already loving them!

Marin Raw and its owner Elizabeth are passionate about providing local healthy raw food and treats and it shows! People on the street are always commenting on how shiny my dogs coat is. My secret is 1/2 love and 1/2 Marin Raw. My dog loves it, dances with happiness for meal and treats time.

My dog is a very picky eater and has always had a lot of stomach issues. She always gets board of her food, throws it up, won’t eat, and steals food from the neighbor’s dog. I discovered Marin Raw treats at a farmers market my dog LOVED them. I was so excited when I discovered they made daily food too. My dog is so excited for her meals, she sits and waits when she thinks it’s meal time, before I even take out the package. When her food is severe, she runs over and gobbles it up. We are so greatful for all the thought and care that goes into producing high quality dog food and contributing to a healthier and happier dog <3 The owner cares so much about the quality of food she makes, is a encyclopedia of knowledge on anything dog health related and so happy she’s in our community.
